1. The right of withdrawal applies within 14 days in accordance with Section 355 (2) of the German Civil Code. From

receipt of the goods you have a cancellation period of 14 days. You
have the right to
revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named
who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods
. In order to make use of the right of withdrawal,
you must send us a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to
revoke this contract , to inform. The cancellation period is met if the notification
about the exercise of the right of cancellation is given within the 14 days.

According to § 312g paragraph 2 sentence 1 BGB, a consumer has no right of withdrawal in the case of a
off-premises contract or a
distance contract if the goods were specially made for a
customer or is tailored to their personal needs
. In terms of European law, this is based on Article 16 lit. c) of Directive
2011/83 (Consumer Rights Directive).

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments that we
received from you, excluding the delivery costs, immediately and
at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which theWe have received notification of your cancellation of this contract and
the package has arrived. For this repayment, we use the same
payment method that you used in the original transaction,
unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for the repayment.
