5) Terms of delivery and shipping
5.1 Goods are delivered by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction. Deviating from this, when selecting the PayPal payment method, the delivery address stored by the customer with PayPal at the time of payment is decisive.

5.2 If the transport company sends the goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for unsuccessful shipping. This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if the customer was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller has given the customer the service with reasonable advance notice announced. Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs of the delivery if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises the right of cancellation, the relevant regulation in the seller's cancellation policy applies to the return costs.

5.3 Collection by the customer is not possible for logistical reasons.

5.5 We charge a fee of €3.99 for standard shipping with an order value of less than €100. From an order value of €100 or more, we charge a fee of €7.99. Shipping is free for orders over €250. Different conditions apply to international orders. Shipping costs €8.99 here.

6. When shipping to third countries (all countries outside the EU), customs fees apply. They must carry these themselves.
